नए हैं?RSSB is the Rajasthan government board that picks candidates for jobs in the state's subordinate and ministerial services: posts up to grade pay Rs 3,600, such as Patwari, Gram Vikas Adhikari, Junior Assistant, Clerk Grade II, Forester and Junior Accountant. It sends the final list of selected candidates to the department that hires them.
It was set up on 29 January 2014 as the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board, which is why you will still see the old name RSMSSB. It is a different body from the RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission). Its only official website is rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
Make an SSO ID
Every RSSB application is filled online through SSO, the Rajasthan government's Single Sign-On portal: one login for its online services. Log in and open its Recruitment Portal app. The first time, you pay the One Time Registration (OTR) fee: Rs 600 for general category and creamy layer OBC and MBC; Rs 400 for non creamy layer OBC and MBC, EWS, SC and ST of Rajasthan, and for all candidates with disabilities. Clear CET, if your post needs it
For many posts the board first holds the Common Eligibility Test (CET), at 12th and graduation level. You need at least 40 percent (35 for SC and ST), and the score stays valid for 3 years. CET 2026 guide
Apply for the post and sit its exam
The board announces each recruitment in an advertisement, its official notification. Apply for the post from your SSO ID. Posts covered by CET take only candidates with a qualifying CET score into their main exam; others, like Junior Engineer, have their own direct exam.
Answer key, result, documents, final list
After the exam the board publishes the answer key, its list of correct answers. If you think an answer is wrong, you can file an objection in the window the board announces. Then comes the result. Shortlisted candidates go through document verification (DV), where they show their original certificates so the board can check their eligibility, and the board sends the final list of selected candidates to the department.
